Jad Kanafani started his career as a gym manager. He quit with $500 in his pocket. With $350 of it, he launched a small tape brand called Nafasi Tape and scaled it to $8k a month in year one — entirely self-taught in Meta ads, content production, sales, and customer service.
During the gym franchise interviews that came after, Jad met Omar Karimeh — a senior operator with two decades of experience at FitnessZone and Champs. They saw the same problem from different angles: businesses in Lebanon were being underserved by agencies that either didn't understand performance marketing or weren't accessible at local prices.
Nexus Digital Scaling exists to be the operator-led agency the market was missing — disciplined paid media, in-house content production, and honest reporting at prices that work for Lebanese businesses.
Today we're an 11-person team in Beirut. We work with around 28 active clients across gyms, restaurants, healthcare, and ecommerce. April 2026 was our first profitable month after two months of war-related disruption.
