Terms of Service

The rules and expectations that apply when you use our website and services.

Last updated: 14 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexus Digital Scaling website, content, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you're using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy substantial portions of the site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited messages or malware

3. Client engagements

Specific terms for paid engagements (deliverables, timelines, payment, scope, IP ownership, confidentiality) are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work executed between us. In the event of a conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms for client matters.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and case studies — is owned by Nexus Digital Scaling or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to our content, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party tools (e.g. Calendly, Google Fonts). We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Any case studies, statistics, or testimonials shown reflect specific client outcomes and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Past performance doesn't predict future results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Digital Scaling and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For client matters, the governing law is set in the executed MSA.
