Nexus Digital Scaling was founded by Jad Kanafani, who built and sold a tape brand from $500 to $8k/month before starting the agency. Co-founded with Omar Karimeh, who brings 20+ years of operational leadership from FitnessZone and Champs.
We've operated through Lebanon's banking collapse, currency devaluation, war, and political instability. April 2026 was our first profitable month after a hard year.
Today the team is 11 people in Beirut, working with around 28 active clients across gyms, restaurants, healthcare, and ecommerce.
